Yes, creating an account is required to access most features. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes. You'll need to provide a valid email address and create a secure password.
Payment & Billing
Why does my payment show THE LEGAL GAZETTE instead of WishinPixels?
This is intentional and correct. All payments for WishinPixels services are processed through THE LEGAL GAZETTE's verified Razorpay merchant account because THE LEGAL GAZETTE is the legal entity that owns and operates WishinPixels. Your payment receipts, bank statements, and invoices will correctly identify THE LEGAL GAZETTE as the merchant.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
- International payment methods for overseas users
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay, which maintains PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance. We do not store your complete card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment information on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and tokenized.
How much does a subscription cost?
Subscription pricing varies based on the plan you choose. Visit our pricing page for current rates and plan features. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST as required by law.
Will I be charged tax on my purchase?
Yes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all purchases in accordance with Indian tax laws. GST will be clearly displayed on your invoice. THE LEGAL GAZETTE is responsible for collecting and remitting GST to Indian tax authorities.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You'll be charged the then-current rate for your subscription plan. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
How do I update my payment information?

Refunds & Cancellations
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

How do I request a refund?
Contact our billing team at billing@wishinpixels.app with your transaction details, account email, and reason for the refund request. Include any supporting documentation. Our team will review your request within 7-14 business days.
How long does a refund take?
If approved, refunds are initiated within 7-14 business days and processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting billing@wishinpixels.app. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
No, canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of the paid term. Refunds may be available if you qualify under specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.
What should I do if I see duplicate charges?
Contact us immediately at billing@wishinpixels.app with details of the duplicate charges. Duplicate charges due to technical errors are eligible for full refund. Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us.
Should I initiate a chargeback if I have a payment issue?
No, please contact us first. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our billing team before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.

Can I password-protect my content?
Yes! WishinPixels offers optional password protection for your microsites, presentations, and gigs. When sharing, you can set a password that recipients must enter to view your content.
How do I share my creations?
Each published microsite or presentation gets a unique URL (like wishinpixels.app/shared/abc123). Copy this link and share it via email, social media, messaging apps, or any communication method you prefer.
Can I edit my content after publishing?
Yes! You can edit your microsites anytime from your dashboard. Changes are saved immediately and reflected at the same shareable URL. Your recipients will always see the latest version.
What file formats are supported for uploads?
We support common image formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), video formats (MP4, WebM), and document formats. Maximum file size limits apply based on your subscription plan.
Is there a storage limit?
Free accounts have limited storage. Paid subscriptions offer increased or unlimited storage depending on the plan. Check our pricing page for specific storage allowances.
